- If the service is not delivered within the agreed timeframe, and the delay is not due to client-related issues.
- If there is a technical issue on our end that prevents us from delivering the service as promised, and it cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
2.2. Non-Refundable Services:
Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Services that have been fully delivered or executed as per the service agreement.
- Services that involve third-party integrations or software purchases made on behalf of the client.
- Services that are partially completed but have already provided value to the client.
2.3. Refund Process:
To request a refund, clients must contact us via email at info@gentleitservices.net within 7 days of service delivery. The refund request must include the service details, reasons for the refund, and any supporting documentation. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the request is approved.
2.4. Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. Cancellations
3.1. Service Cancellation by Client:
Clients may cancel their service at any time before the service is delivered by providing written notice to info@gentleitservices.net. Cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement.
3.2. Cancellation Fees:
A cancellation fee may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation:
- Before Work Commences: Full refund minus any administrative fees.
- After Work Commences: A prorated refund based on the amount of work completed.
- After Service Completion: No refund is available.
3.3. Service Cancellation by GENTLE IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED:
We reserve the right to cancel any service at our discretion if the client violates the terms and conditions of the service agreement. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and any outstanding payments will be due immediately.
3.4. Recurring Services:
For recurring services (e.g., monthly maintenance or hosting), clients must provide a minimum of 30 days’ notice to cancel. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in charges for the following billing cycle.
4. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund or cancellation, we encourage clients to contact our support team to discuss the issue. We will make every effort to resolve the matter amicably.
4.2. Third-Party Mediation:
If the dispute cannot be resolved through our internal processes, we may recommend third-party mediation or arbitration as a means of resolving the issue.
